What was very fun for me was I could see the energy sequence too. She was seeing it from the inside looking out and I could see it from the outside looking in. While she saw colour and shapes, I saw what was like matter shifting shape as the sequence ran.

She then ran the sequence through my body and it felt amazing. I was concerned I might re-create the Low Vibration but part of the sequence had a mint green energy which sealed the healing, meaning that I had a new set point. Thus even if I do ever trigger that Low Vibration again it will never be able to get that bad again as now I have a new setpoint.

It was also the kind of healing where afterwards you barely notice it has happened as it's like you've just reset to a new normal. I could feel that my Inner Being was clearer but the energy was so settled it was like I'd always been that way, it was now just my new normal which feels very powerful. So amazing! Thank you Deb!"
